    Scope: Strategic planning, governance and management support for a period of 6 months during organisational transitions.

    Scope: Undertake thorough community consultations to seek the communities’ views and relevant evidence in relation to expressed interest to transition NT Government clinics to community control at Haasts Bluff, Papunya, Mt Liebig and Yuendumu.

    Project: Five Year Strategic Plan Community Consultations

    Scope: Undertake desktop reviews of CDRC strategic and service plans. Conduct thorough organisational and community consultations across the 9 communities to develop and write the CDRC four year strategic plan from 2022 to 2025.
